Shipping is second class and signed for, this means...
- Postage is insured up to £50 (don't worry, anything above that and we insure that ourselves)
- Easier to track in the Royal Mail System.
- We absorb a little of the cost ourselves to keep shipping afforable .
Everywhere Else - £15.90
Shipping is tracked, this means..
- Postage is insured up to £50 (don't worry, anything above that and we insure that ourselves)
- End to End tracking - This will differ between countries slightly (but what will happen is Royal Mail hands over the shipment to your local shipping company - in the US for example this is usually USPS)
- We keep this as a flat rate, so on larger orders we absorb some of the shipping to keep it affordable.
Tracking
Overseas - Tracking numbers are provided when we mark the order as dispatched, sometimes this might take us a day or so to do, as we have to do it manually.
In the UK - The tracking number only really works after an attempted delivery, so it will be given to you by Royal Mail when you book a redelivery.
